Edinburgh is one of the UK's most popular cities for stag and hen weekends, and keeping a big group together is half the battle. A minibus with a professional driver takes the group from the airport or station to the hotel, on to activities and into town for the evening — without anyone waiting for taxis or getting left behind.
What groups usually book
- Airport and station pick-ups on arrival, straight to the hotel or the first activity.
- Daytime activities outside the city — golf, clay pigeon shooting, paintball, go-karting, distillery tours or a day at Musselburgh Racecourse.
- Evening transfers into the city centre and a pick-up at the end of the night.
- Return transfers to the airport or station on the final day.
Vehicle sizes
Our minibuses seat 8, 16 or 24 passengers, and coaches carry up to 72 for very large groups. Enter your group size and luggage when you book and we only show the vehicles that fit. If the group splits for part of the weekend, book each journey separately.
House rules that keep the night going
We want your group to have a great time. To keep things safe for everyone:
- Alcohol on board must be agreed before you travel, and only in moderation.
- Cleaning charges apply for spillages or litter — bring a bin bag and the driver will happily dispose of it for you.
- The driver can end a journey if they are distracted or feel unsafe.

Booking tips
Fix your pick-up times and addresses before you book, and add any extra stops to your route so they are included in the price. Waiting time can be added for transfers, or choose hourly hire if you would like the driver to stay with the group.
