Why groups choose the 16-seater
The 16-seater is one of our most popular sizes. It fits a typical stag or hen party, a wedding guest shuttle, a sports team or a big family heading to the airport, and it still parks and turns on the kind of streets a coach can't.
What it holds
- 16 passengers, each with their own seat and seatbelt. The driver has a separate seat.
- Around 12 large suitcases, plus hand luggage. If all 16 people bring a big case, choose the 24-seater instead, which takes about 16.
- Air conditioning and reclining seats as standard.
The make and model can vary. If a feature such as a wheelchair lift or USB charging is essential, tell us when you book and we'll confirm it before you pay.
When a 16-seater is the right choice
Airport runs for 9 to 16 people. One vehicle instead of three taxis, and the group arrives together. Golf bags count as large cases.
Nights out. Drop-off in town and a return pick-up at a set time, so nobody's queueing for a taxi at 2am.
Weddings. Ideal for close family or the bridal party. Bigger guest lists usually need a coach as well.
Sports teams. A full squad plus coaches fits, with space for a kit bag each if you go easy on suitcases.
When to go bigger
If you have 15 or 16 people and lots of luggage, or there's a chance of extra people joining, look at the 24-seater. The price difference is often smaller than you'd think, and the booking form shows both side by side.
Booking
Enter your journey, date and group size in the booking form. You'll see the 16-seater with an itemised price, including any extra stops or waiting time. You can pay a deposit or the full amount by card.
