Safety
Everybody, regardless of age, is a passenger and needs their own seat. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained and fitted with GPS tracking. If you need a particular feature — such as a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or a toilet on board for a long journey — tell us when you book and we will confirm what is available.
Vehicle sizes
Minibuses seat 8, 16 or 24 passengers. Coaches seat 33, 53 or 72, with luggage space underneath for kit bags and overnight cases. For larger year groups we can arrange several vehicles — request a quote and our team will email you a confirmed price.
Paying for school and club trips
Pay by card online, either a deposit for trips further ahead or the full amount. Prices are itemised, so it is easy to share costs with parents or committee members. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
